The Abbey Court Hotel Bournemouth (Circa 1882) is a small quality Hotel ideally located be it Business or Pleasure. You can find us just off the main Christchurch Road between Boscombe & Bournemouth.
The Abbey Court Hotel is very much our home & still retains many of its original features it is also quiet, friendly, clean & comfortable with lots of genuine Hospitality & Customer Care. Our 7 bedroom accommodation has been sympathetically updated with En-suite Shower rooms, Digital TV’s and Wi-Fi links amongst other little extras to enhance your stay.
Bed & Breakfast in Bournemouth is by far the most popular of stops these days for “Short Breaks” we are renowned for our comfortable beds, cosy guest lounge and excellent breakfasts and food... The Abbey Court Hotel is ideally located to take advantage of Bournemouth’s famous 7 miles of award winning Sandy Beaches which are practically on the door step and easy walking distance through the beautiful Boscombe Gardens . We are less than a mile away from Bournemouth’s Train, Coach/bus Travel Interchange and the ever expanding Bournemouth Airport at Hurn is just 3.5 miles along the A338. Our “Home from Home” accommodation is only a short distance from the Bournemouth International Centre (BIC) & Pavilion , which host many conferences, live entertainment gigs & shows. Sports facilities such as Bowls, Tennis, Swimming, Surfing, etc. are just some of the attractions that surround us to date…….next the Surf Reef & then the Ice Rink . The David Lloyd Centre is a 2 minute walk from us, which has an excellent range of first class facilities. There are also a number of excellent Golf Courses & ranges in the area with Queens Park & Meyrick Park being the closest followed by Bulbury wood, Dudsbury & Ferndown Forest to name a few more.
We also have Secure Facilities for our Golfing, Cycling, Biking & Surfing Guests so you will not have to leave your valuable items in the car or on the street. |

Abbey Court Hotel is only a short drive from Poole ….why not take a Boat Trip around the Islands & Harbour or stop off on Brownsea Island…… or Christchurch and its lovely town & amazing Priory etc…. why not have a day on the Isle of Weight the ferry port is only in Lymington… to name a few.
We have many outstanding attractions around us ideal for Cycling or Walking at the New Forest, the Purbecks & Jurassic Coast or our very own Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve ideal for Bird Watching or just admiring the view.

to re-let the accommodation. But if this is not possible, we are legally
entitled to retain your deposit and request further payment as compensation.

We operate a charge table of:28 days advanced cancellation 33% of holiday, 14 days plus is 15%, 7 days plus is 65%, 1 day plus is 80% and 100% if canceled on the day of expected arrival.

a Home Made Cake, Flowers, Chocolates, Champagne, Wine and a card all ready
as you enter the room, with a “Limmo” to pick you up and take
you on a Scenic Route to a Show or Restaurant then when you
return,
relax in the peaceful quiet surroundings of our home and enjoy
the wine before you retire for the evening!
We can arrange anything from a Limo to Flowers/ Chocolates/
Gifts/ Wine etc delivered to the hotel in advance of your
arrival - Prices on request or a limit as agreed.
As a qualified chef with many years experience in cake making
we can produce a Birthday or Anniversary Cake on the premises.
We require a minimum 1 Months notice and relevant information,
possibly less depending on how busy we are – you can always
ask
